The water tank is more than sufficient. The boat and equipment have been extensively refurbished in the last year.
Your rent will include the marina licence fee. Costs in addition to the rent will be wifi (£9 per month), diesel (for space heating), gas (for the cooker) and electric.
It is moored in an enclosed, secure marina across the Thames from Canary Wharf. The marina has a great community and great camaraderie. There are excellent toilet and shower facilities which are cleaned every day by the marina.
It is a great, and cheaper, way to live. There is wonderful quiet open traffic-free space outside the marina adjoining the Thames. Nearby is a supermarket, Italian deli and restaurant. There is a Thames Clipper stop immediately outside the marina so travel into central London is quick and relaxed.
