Large double room in a 4 bed 3/4th floor flat. Shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room with 2 full time flatmates.

Flat is 15 minutes walk from both Kennington and Elephant and Castle for access to the tube. Buses to most of London from outside the front door of the building. Tesco is 2 minutes walk and Morrisons is 5.

Bills are not included. Per month between the three of us they will be approximately:
Gas & Electric - £15
Water - £15
GB Internet - £16
Council Tax - £31
Cleaner (once a week Tuesday) - £36 (currently on pause)

The room is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk & chair. We have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week, but would be happy to clean additional rooms if organised directly with her. Any additional requests would be considered, including a replacement desk. There is also a separate room which could be used as an office if discussed.

In the flat currently are 2 guys full time, myself and a friend, Arnob. We are both fairly easy going professionals, we're often around in the evenings and would be happy to get to know a new housemate as much or as little as they pleased.

The building has on street parking at the rear, which is available with a permit from the council.

There is a bike locker which would be available for use if required.

Preferably long term tenants.
No Cats or Dogs, but other smaller pets considered.
