Sublet 23/8-31/8: Double Room at Elephant & Castle

I am looking to sublet my room during this time as I will be away travelling.

The flat is only a 15-minute walk to Elephant and Castle and a stone's throw away from Burgess Park. Lots of shops, parks, and restaurants around the area.

There are currently three tenants living in the flat, all mature and working professionals.

All utilities included. Fully furnished except for bed linens. I've always kept my room very clean and minimal.

It's NOT a party flat. Looking for someone mature, very clean, with good habits, and well-mannered. Ideal for a student looking for a short stay as they set themselves up in the city before the school term starts.

Note: I've gotten a sofa bed now and have rearranged the room a bit! So you'll have an extra spot to relax. I think it's a lot better than in the video.
