I’m looking for someone to take over my room and tenancy in Beckway Street. The room is small but cosy, with a window bringing in lovely natural light. It is suitable for single occupancy.

• 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• Around 20 minutes’ walk / 7 minutes by bus to Elephant & Castle Tube

• And, most importantly, Picasso our cat 🐈 — a very sweet boy who mostly does his own thing

You’ll be living with one other flatmate, who works as a social worker. We’re sociable and enjoy having a warm home, but we also really value personal space and independence.

The person we’re looking for:

Someone friendly, respectful and considerate who will treat the house as their own space.
