We're a friendly houseshare of four (soon to be three, hence this ad!) in a lovely three-bed terraced house on Fielding Street, looking for a new housemate to join us

A bit about us: A couple, 29M (works in finance) and 27F (works in startups), plus a 27F medic, and our very good pup - a 1.5-year-old poodle (who doesn't look like one we swear). One of our current housemates is off to Hong Kong for work so we're looking to fill the room!

We're all working professionals who like keeping the house tidy and comfortable, and we're big fans of the outdoors - long walks with the dog etc etc

It's a sociable, easygoing house rather than a party house, so we're after someone in a similar boat ideally!

Rent: £975 pcm, plus bills (£175–£200 max in winter). Bills include a weekly cleaner for the house.

Available: From 12th October, possibly sooner for the right person.

Looking for: a tidy, friendly professional, ideally aged 25–35, who'd like a warm, relaxed home base.
