Double room for rent in Walworth between Kennington Tube Station ( 8 mins walk away) and Elephant and Castle Tube and Overground Station (10 mins walk away).

Comes furnished with double bed and large wardrobe. Small communal area in the kitchen and also a large outdoor terrace.

Living alone at the moment and looking for a social flat mate, preferably a girly who’s up for a fun night out or chill night in.

I’m 20, from Ireland, a singer post grad, currently waitressing! Would love a chance to grow my circle and make a new friend.

Quiet area with a park across the street. Super central and well connected with bus stops being only 3 min walk away and busses to all over.

Ideally looking for someone to move in from the start of October to end of December with option to extend if all works out. Bills usually under £100 a month.
