Looking for a flatmate in Kennington

Our flatmate is moving out at the end of October, and we're looking for someone who can rent his room. Available 1st November.

Rent is £900 pcm, bills excluded. Bills are around £140 pcm.

It's a 3 bedroom flat, mostly a cross between a maisonette and a terraced house. 1 bathroom but 2 toilets, with 4 people living in it: me, my fiancé, a friend, and the guy who's moving out. We're all from Hungary. Our professions are: economist, barista and freelance journalist.

Location is next to Kennington park, a 10 min walk to both Kennington station and Oval station. There's a Tesco express, a Lidl, a Morrisons and an Iceland 10 mins away, a bigger Tesco 15 mins away, and a Londis just below the flat.

I'm the co-owner of the house, I bought the flat with a friend of mine who moved out earlier this year, we're essentially looking for someone to take his place and cover most of his share. We're looking for someone who's reliable, a good communicator, and can pay on time, ideally the same age range as us, and a non-smoker. Pets are fine.
