I am seeking a responsible and considerate person or a couple for one-bedroom home in Elephant and Castle, within walking distance of Elephant and Castle, Borough and London Bridge stations.
This bright, well-proportioned and fully furnished flat is on the top floor of a converted Victorian mansion. It offers an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate bathroom and a spacious double bedroom. Salisbury Row Park is directly opposite.

Location and transport
• Elephant and Castle Station (Bakerloo, Northern and National Rail): approximately 8 minutes' walk
• Borough Station (Northern line): less than 10 minutes' walk
• London Bridge Station: approximately 15 minutes' walk
• Multiple bus routes provide direct access to the City

Elephant Park offers a selection of shops, restaurants and cafés, and Bermondsey Street is nearby, with its wide choice of bars and restaurants.

The property is in a quiet residential building on a peaceful road. Occasional dinners with friends are welcome, but the property is not suitable for house parties or frequent large gatherings.
I will be working abroad for a minimum of six months and possibly longer and looking for a mature and responsible person or couple for an initial six-month term, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
