Lovely, spacious, just refurbished room (overlooking the garden) in a 3-bedroom, period house, shared with 2 other professionals, clean, tidy, easy to live with, friendly but respecting each other’s privacy.

Our home:

- Each bedroom is situated on its own floor, so plenty of space and privacy.

- Big, fully equipped kitchen has everything you may ever need including:

American fridge/freezer, double oven, d/w, w/m, dryer, coffee machine, microwave and all other smaller paraphernalia.

- Landscaped garden with a BBQ you can enjoy.

- Secure bike storage.

Your room:

- Spacious, bright double bedroom (overlooking the garden). The room is newly refurbished and at the moment comprises of a large wardrobe, double bed, a chest of drawers, a small desk and a chair.

- Bathroom is shared with 1 person.

Great location:

- Quiet, tree-lined street. Nice, diverse neighbourhood (mostly families with children and young professionals).

- Free parking outside the house.

- Local parks and riverside within walking distance. 5 mins walk to all the amenities.

Public transport:

- 5 mins walk to the bus (running every few minutes; night buses).

- 10 mins walk to BR (Plumstead Station); Direct train to all the main stations: London Bridge, Charing Cross, Lewisham, Cannon Street, Greenwich, Blackfriars, St. Pancras even Luton and Hampstead.

- Elizabeth Line, DLR (Woolwich Station) and Clipper Ferry within walking distance or short ride on the bus (a couple of stops). Great for commute to Canary Wharf, Stratford, City and West End. Super easy, quick access to City Airport and Heathrow.

General information:

- Common areas are cleaned once every couple of weeks (included in price).
