Room available in modern penthouse

🏠🏠Hi everyone! 🏠🏠 I’m looking for a new housemate in my spacious flat in Woolwich Arsenal. Based in Greenwich council (council tax band D)
It’s a split-level flat with a large terrace as well as a second balcony and a winter garden upstairs - in addition to all the relevant mod-cons (the wine fridge is never empty). It comprises of 4 bedrooms in total, but the downstairs one remains as a spare.

The building itself has 24hr concierge, and bike storage. Within the complex, there is an AnyTime Fitness, pharmacy, cafe, supermarket and hardware store.

I am looking for social, respectful and clean people to join the house. I respect people's space but also enjoy being social together in the living room (I love cooking a meal for when we happen to be all in together). I work fully from home, but there is more than enough space to have everyone co-working at once.

The nearest station is Woolwich Arsenal, which has DLR and train services which is a two minute walk away. The Elizabeth line is 5 minutes away and gets you into Soho in 18mins and to Heathrow direct in 1hr. London City Airport is 4mins away. The Thames riverside is also a 5minute walk, with lots of cafes and pubs.

There’s a giant Tesco directly underneath the flat, with a private lift to the supermarket so you dont have to go outside when it's raining! The whole Woolwich area has gone through substanital modernisation and the high street has every shop you could need.
