Room in a family home

I am a professional and a mother to two daughters, aged 11 and 9yrs. We are looking for a female lodger to share our lovely home with us. The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The monthly rent includes contribution towards the council tax and bills. Cleaning is shared with option for lodger to pay for weekly cleaning if they prefer for additional £100 per month. The flat has a small garden to enjoy for fresh air. The location is close to the DLR, Elizabeth line and the Thames link with only minutes from London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Bond Street. Easy Access to Uber boat and the ferry. Enjoy beautiful walks by the river from Royal Arsenal to Greenwich or Thamesmead. With a local theatre, a new leisure centre on our door, and Woolwich High Street, a walking distance, you have all you need close by.
