Lovely Studio Flat /occasional flatshare

I'm leaving the country for a year and looking for someone to live in my flat during this time. I have a fully furnished double bedroom with a kitchen just for you to use and a shared bathroom if I'm around. There is a sofa bed in the room now but it can be changed to a double bed if that is what you would prefer. There is one more bedroom (mine) on the property and a balcony. The flat is freshly painted.

The plan is for me to stay away but I might need to come back occasionally if I will have some work arrangements or other things which might come out unexpectedly during this time and will need my attendance. The sharing part will be minimal so you would have a whole flat for yourself for most of the year to enjoy.

Transport: 3 minutes to Elizabeth Line and 5 to Woolwich Arsenal DLR, 7 minutes River Thames Walk path and Thames Clipper.

Bills: I will cover the council TV licence and internet costs. Your name will go on the electricity/ heating and water bill and will be paid by you as per usage.

M&S, Tesco, Sainbury 3 min away. 2 pubs downstairs.

The rent is £1350pcm + energy/water
