I’m looking for a responsible professional to rent my fully furnished studio apartment while I’m away for around a year.

The flat has a spacious living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large private balcony – perfect for enjoying some outdoor space.

There is one additional room within the property that I will retain for my own use in the unlikely event that I need to return to London briefly for work or other unforeseen commitments. In practice, this is expected to be very rare, so you would have the flat to yourself for the vast majority of the tenancy.

Location:
• 3-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line
• 5-minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal (DLR and National Rail)
• 7-minute walk to the Thames Path and Thames Clippers
• Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are all within a 3-minute walk
• Two pubs just downstairs, along with plenty of local cafés and amenities

Bills:
I will cover the Council Tax, TV Licence and broadband.

You will be responsible for electricity, heating and water, which will be in your name and charged according to your usage.

Rent:
£1,450 per calendar month, plus electricity, heating and water.

The room is available for one person only.
