Bright Double Bedroom

A double bedroom in a house with a garden. There are three bedrooms upstairs, including the one for rent (and a box room that stays unoccupied) and one downstairs. The room is currently furnished but we can also provide it unfurnished.

There's a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and additional separate toilet, two storage rooms and a shed. I'm afraid we're not a pet-friendly house.

Bills are shared at roughly £70pm including High Speed internet.

My Sister is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in. We're a tightly knit family so they may come to visit frequently I'm a smoker but there's no smoking in the house so please put butts in the outside bin if you are too. I have a housemate who is a family friend but isn't around much as he is a family man who is very respectful. I like to go climbing with my friends, cook and eat delicious food, play games and enjoy a pretty broad range of tv, anime and movies. I try to keep a tidy home but am not obsessive about it.

I'm looking for a sociable professional to join us who is looking for somewhere to settle but mature students are also welcome.
