En Suite Sublet in Girlie Penthouse

Looking to fill the short let on my bedroom from June - October (flexible) ✨

The bedroom is a king size bed with en suite (shower, toilet, sink). There’s bed sheets and towels ready for your use and the kitchen is fully kitted out with all the essentials. The rent is £1100 per month plus bills, the deposit is £1500 to secure the room and guarantors are accepted. I’m can also be flexible on dates!

Must be a working professional, non smoking, female identifying.

Both are young professionals who love working out, looking for someone chatty and fun, who loves a cuppa and a catch-up after work (yes that’s a mini wine cellar in the kitchen floor!)

We’re right on the brand new Elizabeth line (it’s beaut!) it takes 20 mins to Tottenham Court Road, 8 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 mins to Liverpool Street. We also have the DLR (20 mins to Stratford, 28 mins to Bank) and overground (22 mins to London Bridge). These are all under 10 minutes walk away. We’re the first to live here since it’s been completely renovated and we absolutely love it!

The house is kept VERY clean and tidy (these pics are literally what it looks like day to day, yes even the kitchen 😂) - great if you're also someone who loves to live in a super clean, always tidy, minimalist, modern home (eg. we even put the toaster away in the cupboard when not in use).

looking for someone who doesn’t work from home more than 2/3 days a week (to keep fair use of the communal areas) - sorry no students and no couples.

You’ll have the en suite with toilet and shower to yourself and there is also another separate WC as well as the main bathroom.

We have a weekly cleaner and I also keep all the toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags, hand soaps, cleaning products, air fresheners etc stocked at no extra cost- so gone are the days of arguing over who buys the toilet rolls!

There’s high speed wifi, a Co-op two minutes walk away and Tesco megastore 7 mins walk away. Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney plus and Spotify logged in on the TV for your use.
