Lovely Double Bedroom in Townhouse.

The house is an excellent place for people who like a relaxed atmosphere on a quiet and peaceful road. The Bedroom is fully furnished for single occupancy. It has a double bed, two wardrobes, desk, bedside tables, a featured fireplace and tv. It has plenty of natural daylight and looks onto the garden.

We're looking for a housemate that is either a mature student or in full time work. Easy to get along with and who doesn't mind pitching in with keeping the place clean and tidy. Short term let's are very welcome as well as longer term ones.

You'll be sharing with myself who works from home and my housemate who works at the Queen Elizabeth hospital. We are easy to get along with and enjoy a catch up over dinner or coffee but equally respect each others space and do our own thing too. Our interests include comedy, gym, theatre, film and exploring what London has to offer. We also have two cats who are lovely too!

Woolwich Town Centre is a ten minute walk away and offers excellent market traders for fruit and veg, a main Tesco's, Sainsburys and Mark and Spencers. There is a newly built leisure centre. Along with a good range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

It has excellent transport links.

There is also a bus stop 2 mins away from the house that takes you to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for any hospial workers. It will also take you to Orpington and Bexleyheath
