I would like to rent out my master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. All bills included. Clean well kept safe property. One minute walk to Elizabeth Line in Royal Arsenal, Woolwich. Wifi, Netflix...many advantages.
I am a heterosexual male, ideally I would prefer a male flatmate although I can be open minded for the right person.
Furnished, ample storage, hanging wardrobe etc.
The flat provides free access to i) a gym and ii) a spa area with a pool, hottub, steam room and sauna.
The flat has a balcony, table, chairs, flowers and a beautiful view over a park looking at the exit of the Royal Arsenal Woolwich.
The communal space/kitchen is open and to be enjoyed.
Very secure: Security on watch 24/7, well lit area, secure accomodation...safe.
I am looking for a stable individual with a solid source of revenue.
I do not want visitors please (except on an exceptional basis, family visiting etc) so not suitable for those who wish to invite girlfriends/boyfriends.
I am a professional, sociable, friendly and looking for the same in a flatmade.
Due to the way it is set up I require my spare room for my work/living.
