Beautiful En-suite - Bedroom in fantastic Flat

This bedroom (as well as the rest of the flat) comes fully furnished. It has its own very modern bathroom. The flat has two bathrooms in total.
It has a beautiful view onto a pond and lots of greenery. Everything is nicely furnished, very clean and colorful.
Landlady is okay with pets, but would have to be discussed first.
The other tenant is a girl in her 30’s. We’re looking for someone quiet, respectful, reasonable, clean, and fun.
