A quiet double room available in a clean and well-kept 2-bed house in SE19.

This is a short-term let (1–3 months) and would suit a working professional who is respectful, independent and keeps to themselves.

The room is furnished with a bed only. The property includes a kitchen and bathroom which are shared. Please note this is not a social household – the living room is not shared, and the house is kept quiet and private.

I have young children who stay at the property regularly, so there will be some natural noise at times. Because of this, I’m looking for someone who is understanding, easygoing and comfortable in a family home environment.

I’m looking for someone who is low-maintenance, tidy, and not home all the time (ideal for someone who works full-time or is often out).

No smoking, no pets, no couples.

Bills and broadband are included.

This is best suited to someone who wants a simple, peaceful place to stay rather than a social flatshare.
