Beautiful (and v large!) room near CP park

Hi there,

I am moving back to my flat in Devon for the rest of the year (at least until Feb 2026) and am looking to find someone to rent the main room in my Crystal Palace/Anerley flat (25sqft) with share of bathroom and kitchen. The flat has a shared garden space with access around the side and the neighbours are really lovely.

The room has very high ceilings, amazing light, lovely fireplace and enough space for bed, desk and a lounge if required.

(I will need to leave on bookcase in the space, otherwise the space is unfurnished.)

The flat is 7 min walk from Anerley, 10mins from Penge West and 12mins from Crystal Palace.

I will be back for approx a week a month, so you'd have the run of the flat for most of each month.

Looking for someone who is house proud and can keep the shared spaces tidy - also would be great if you're up for a chat/film etc when i'm home and around, but not a necessity!

I work as an arts consultant (mainly online) and am studying part time as a Jungian psychotherapist. I also run a local comedy night
monthly and generally love living between SE London and the wilds of Devon...
