Large double room available in professional but sociable, SE London 3 bed flatshare.

Late October/ early November move-in, unfurnished room

The property is modern and spacious - we have a large shared kitchen & living area and a shared bathroom with the option of a waterfall shower or separate bath. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and separate fridge and freezer, with both communal and individual storage space. The property is secure - with a communal entrance, and an intercom system (with camera) to access the building.

Please note that the bedroom is unfurnished.

We are a homely flat and like to socialise and look out for each other, but equally enjoy and respect time spent alone.

Currently living at the flat are myself Anitha (30) and Rebecca (26), who both enjoying exploring the local area, parks as well as venturing into central London for theatre shows and other fun stuff.

I try to get in a weekly swim at the local leisure centre (Forest Hill Pools), whilst Rebecca likes a run, among other hobbies between us. Mostly, you’ll find us lounging about starting a new TV series, cooking, crafting and exploring South East London. We'd love someone to join our flat who likes to get involved and spend time together in the living room!

Both myself and Rebecca work from home 2 days a week.

About the area: The property is slap bang in the middle of several gorgeous South London parks - Crystal Palace, Betts Park, Kelsey Park and Alexandra Park so plenty of green spaces local. We are situated between 3 train stations for transport. Penge east (6 min walk), Penge West (8min walk) or Clockhouse (18 min walk). You can easily access the overground, Victoria and London Bridge/Charring Cross via these stations. We are also very well connected by bus, with regular services to Central London, Croydon, Bromley, to name a few.

Important final bits: The room will be available to move into from the 31st October.

The room is single occupancy and bills are separate, but come in around £155pp per month. Rent is paid monthly at £533. Council tax Band C.
