Double fully furnished room to rent in a large duplex flat in Crystal Palace. The flat has a good sized shared living and dining room, seperate kitchen, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and additional downstairs toilet.

The flat is in a very secure building, with amazing views of London. It's a 5 minute walk to both Crystal Palace station and Anerly station, both of which are on the overground, and have excellent train links to London Bridge and London Victoria.

I'm a teacher, so I keep fairly regular hours during term time, and I like to travel, chill out and craft during the holidays. I have a very sweet house cat, who is very docile and spends most of her time sleep.
In the evenings you can find me curled up on the sofa, cooking, sharing a glass of wine with friends, or out for dinner. If you enjoy any of those things I'm sure we'll get along.
