Room Available in West Dulwich/ Tulse Hill

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely, spacious 3-bedroom house share this September.

The house is bright, airy and homely, with a large kitchen, comfortable living space, and a separate bathroom and toilet — ideal for a house full of young professionals. The three bedrooms are spread across two floors of a charming Georgian terrace.

Location: 
Situated just off the South Circular, the house is well connected and convenient for those who drive, with free roadside parking available nearby. West Dulwich Station gets you to Victoria in around 11 minutes, and Tulse Hill Station provides easy links to Central London. There are beautiful green spaces, tennis courts and apple orchards right on your doorstep, with Dulwich Village, Herne Hill and the iconic Brockwell Lido just a short walk away.

The room: 
A bright and spacious room with lovely natural light (the photos don’t do it any justice) and views over surrounding gardens. It’s peaceful, with no traffic noise to disturb your sleep, and is excellent value at £790 per month (excluding bills).

About us:
We’re both 27 and work full-time:
* Rhea – a dentist who enjoys cooking, pottery, and starting (but not always finishing!) DIY projects.
* Lasse – works in construction, is easy-going, and is always up for a pint and a piano bar.

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy-going who wants to make the house feel like a home. If you enjoy hosting the occasional murder mystery party, monthly flat nights, and can keep a plant alive, we’d love to hear from you!
