We are both generally tidy and quiet during the week, and enjoy going out on weekends. The house has a friendly, warm, and welcoming vibe :)

Deposit: One Month's rent
This is a lodger arrangement with a live-in landlord: 1 month's notice on either side, with a simple written agreement. Short term lets considered.
