I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my two-bed flat.
The room is spacious and bright with plenty of storage in the wardrobe. It is not currently set up for working from home therefore ideal for someone who works from the office/out of the home.
Amazing location with a less than 10 minute walk either to Brixton station or Herne Hill. Brockwell Park is nearby as well as Herne Hill market which is great to visit on Sundays. There are of course some great dining/pub options in Brixton as well as Herne Hill so you will never be short of places to go out.
I am a young professional, who likes cooking, drinking wine (from my wine subscription) and trying not to kill my houseplants. Looking for someone who loves/tolerates cats (we have two that come and visit) and is clean, easy going and chatty.
