Lovely Brixton Flat - Ensuite Double Bedroom

Lovely flat in Brixton (Zone 2 / Council Tax Band C) with an ensuite bedroom available. I’m looking for a new lodger as my current flatmate is moving out.

The vibe of the flat is relaxed, tidy, calm, and LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m ideally looking for someone low-key, considerate, and organised - preferably a working professional with a similar lifestyle.

A bit about me:
I’m a professional in my late twenties working in financial services, so I’m usually up and out early during the week. Outside work, I enjoy playing the piano, cooking, and gardening. I’d describe myself as easygoing and respectful of shared space, and I’m looking for someone similar to share the flat with.

About the flat and area:
The flat is bright, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Loughborough Junction station (Thameslink) and around 15 minutes to Brixton station (Victoria line). Brixton Village is also only a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.
