We are a relaxed and friendly 5-bed house-share with a top room available, with a shared spare room next to it for WFH.

The house offers:

It has a huge kitchen with 3 fridge/freezers and other storage space if you enjoy cooking (we do)

There are four of us, a writer (mostly on East Africa), an architect, a design lecturer and a medical researcher. Three of us partly work from home or from local cafes or West Norwood library, home to a Picturehouse Cinema, a 15-minute walk away, which we love. We keep fit - gym, yoga, tennis, boxing.

We're 8 minutes’ walk from Brockwell Park and its Lido and gym and tennis courts. Nearby Herne Hill train station gets you to Victoria station in 10 minutes. Tulse Hill station is 5 minutes walk with fast connections to the City (London Bridge in 19 minutes) and Gatwick (in 40 mins). There are two bus stops nearby – with buses to Brixton (15 minutes away) and beyond - Denmark Hill/Euston/North London..

Housemates of all ages and lifestyles are welcome. It's a sociable house with the possibility of shared cooking/meals. But we all respect each others' space.

The rent includes all bills - council tax (band G), water, internet, energy and TV licence. The rooms have lots of natural light.
