The house is located on the upper side of Ruskin Park. It is only 10 mins walk to Loughborough Junction, Herne Hill and Denmark Hill stations, and a short bus ride to Brixton. It is also only a short walk across the park to Kings College Hospital so would suit someone working at the hospital.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy and friendly person, ideally to rent the room for a minimum 12 months and occasionally to feed the cat..
