Beautiful single room from mid to end of June. (+ larger single from 25th May.
Available for two weeks. (15-30. June)
And from August onwards, longer term.
For longer term, female preferred.
Adjacent bathroom (newly installed)
Live in landlady with adult son.
There may be one other guest in my second room.
The tastefully decorated Victorian split level flat has a private bathroom on the one floor and the guest one. Is adjacent to the room and well maintained.

Quiet road close to Thameslink (Tulse Hill)
many buses going to Central London and Brixton. Brockwell is a few minutes walk away.

Looking for a quiet independent individual who will suit our friendly and respectful household.

For longer term, the room has limited storage, but suits travellers with large under bed storage and a small clothes rail.

The living room can be used when I am is not in. I. e with priority for the family.
