We have a double room available in a well-lit three-bedroom flat, located in a great spot between Herne Hill and Brixton.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Brixton tube station (with the national rail station to Victoria just around the corner), and a 12 minute walk to Herne Hill station (with direct trains to Blackfriars and other good links). It’s also a 5 minute walk to Brockwell Park.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, dresser, and bookshelf (the desk and lamp will be moving out). The room fits a desk so suitable for someone with a hybrid work set up. The windows are huge, so you get lots of natural light (but they’re sash windows, so you can get a cross breeze to cool you down when it’s hot!). The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

The two current flatmates are two professionals both aged 27 (one girl and one boy) . Ideally looking for someone around the same age.

There’s a separate big living room/kitchen area with a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. The whole flat has lots of natural light. The landlord is very chill and any repairs are usually done really quickly.
