Large Modern Double Room Loughborough Junction

Hey! We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate (ideally aged 26–32) to join our modern flat in Loughborough Junction.

The room:
The double room available has an en-suite, with a shared balcony, and large sliding door wardrobe.

The flat:
3 bedroom flat, with a large shared kitchen and living room, laundry room, and storage areas. There are two balconies, the main one is off the kitchen/living room with a view over central London (Battersea power station, the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Shard all in view). Access to the other balcony is beside the large bedroom (advertised) and one other bedroom.

The area:
The apartment block has gated fob access. There is a Gym Group at the front of the apartment block. It is located right across from Loughborough Junction station, and only two train stops away from London Blackfriars. It is located right between Brixton and Camberwell and a 5 minute walk from Denmark Hill hospital.

The flatemates:
You’ll be living with one boy (29, English) and one girl (27, Irish) both relaxed, sociable professionals. Ed works in central London and Áine has almost finished a masters in Dietetics, and working as a HCA in the meantime. We get on well, enjoy watching TV, the occasional pub trip. We have a good atmosphere in the flat with a shared responsibility of house jobs/cleaning. It’s a do what you can when you can vibe but leaving a clean space for the next person. We love a good chat but also respect each other’s personal space.

We’re keen to find someone who’s up for being part of a social flat but also values their own space.
