I am looking to share this beautiful, clean flat preferably with a non-smoking pleasant woman who is comfortable living with a small, friendly dog on the premises. I am retired, live an independent life, and would prefer a friendly person to have the occasional meal with. Occasional house parties and gatherings will be part of living here.

Norwood Junction station is a 12 minute walk with fast trains to London Bridge taking 13 minutes or Victoria taking 30 minutes.

Rent is £700 per month with a £700 deposit. Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet connection).
