A bright and spacious double room on the top floor with a stunning view is now available. It is in a friendly creative house, filled with beautiful Chinese antique furniture, books, and paintings.

The five-bedroom property, semi-detached and deceptively spaciously, is moored on top of a gentle slope. It is very quiet, and you’ll wake up every morning to the sound of birdsong while being 12 minutes away from the city center! The house also benefits from a summer house at the end of a substantial garden and a lovely deck with a table and chairs. A great place to relax.

All bills, including utility expenses, council tax, and broadband, are covered.

There are two toilets, with a shower and bath. A large glass backdoor allows plenty of sunlight and air into the open-plan living room and modern kitchen.

The house is 30 seconds away from a meadow, 3 minutes away from Grange Park (there are several lovely parks within walking distance), 4 minutes away from Sainsbury's; 13 minutes walk to Norwood Junction where the fast train will take you right to London Bridge in 12 minutes. (Thornton Health and Selhurst Stations are also a long slingshot away.)
