We are a English husband, Ukrainian Wife with a sixteen year old boy. We are a considerate household both of us work from home in our own allocated rooms. The house is well equipped with upstairs bathroom and shower room and downstairs toilet.
The kitchen was refurbished a few years ago and includes a gas cooker, oven, fridge freeze, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The house also has wifi. All bills are included, gas, electricity, and council tax. Landline phone is not. We also have one cat.
Both front and back garden are well kept.
We are looking for someone with good hygiene standards and a non-smoker.
There is also another tenant in the loft studio who has her own kitchenette, so she is self contained.
Closest stations are Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath. Buses are 468, 68 and 57 are just a five minute walk away and there is free on road parking.
