I have a 1-bedroom flat with stunning views occupying the top floor (2nd floor) of my terraced house in SE25 available from 12th October 2026.

My son who is 22 also shares the family home with me on the ground floor and first floor - he is at Uni and also works part-time. I am a full-time professional in the NHS.

The flat is completely independent with it's own lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom but you do have to share the front door of the family home and stairs up to the 2nd floor - there is also a washer-dryer which is shared in a small utility on the 1st floor.

The flat has been refurbished with a new kitchen and has been re-decorated. It is a lovely space for a single female.

All bills included - gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi.

The flat can is furnished and can be fully equipped with Kitchenware, linen and TV if required.

it's a 15-20min walk to Norwood Junction which has a 12min fast train into London Bridge; the area is really well-served by main bus routes and is only 15mins walk from the lovely Crystal Palace triangle with shops, cafes, pubs and bars.
