1 Double Room near Crystal Palace & Norwood JCT

My brother and his family have moved to Australia for 2 years and are renting me their house while they're away. One of my housemates has just got a job abroad so I'm looking to fill his room.

There is 1 furnished room with a king-size bed available. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen/dining room, a conservatory and a garden. There is one large family bathroom (separate shower and tub) and a second downstairs toilet.

We're a 12 minute walk from Norwood Junction station and around 20 minutes from the Crystal Palace triangle. And there is plenty of on-street parking available.

£900 p/m before bills (council tax - band E, Thames water, gas and electric, wifi, TV license). I'm happy to live with couples, but multiple occupancy will impact rent and bills

I work in Film & TV as a camera assistant so have fairly irregular working hours. I enjoy cooking, reading and when the sun is out shooting (often missing) some hoops at the basketball court in the park at the end of the road. The other housemate Theo works 2 days a week from home and enjoys board games and comics.
