Hello, I'm looking to bring in a lodger for my second bedroom in my two-bedroom flat in South Norwood, SE25.

The room comes with a bed, a brand new mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, and a standalone dresser.

The room has USB outlet sockets near the bed, and a hard wired ethernet connection is being wired into the room very soon.

It has a great view onto the HUGE shared back garden, which I love to use for BBQ as often as possible. It's a great place to have a few drinks as the sun goes down.

You would be sharing with me, a 44-year-old male who has been in London for sixteen years now, and has lived with others in the past without issue. I have a partner who does not live at the property, so I am frequently out of the flat for short or longer periods. I'm a straight white male, but am an ally of the LGBTIQ+ community.

It has a coffee machine, oven, washing machine (No dryer yet) and a brand new boiler. I'm still working on some of the aesthetic parts of the bathroom and kitchen, but they're not urgent repairs.

The flat is a ten-minute walk from Norwood Junction station, which can get you to London Bridge in 12 minutes via Southern, or to Kings Cross in 25 minutes via the Thameslink. It's a great station for getting into the city quickly.

Getting into East or West Croydon is simple as well via the Windrush line, or Gatwick and even Brighton via Southern or Thameslink again.

Local buses get you to Crystal Palace quickly, as well as Brixton via Brockwell park from very near the flat.

You'd have free reign to use what you like, come and go as you please. I'm looking for someone who is reasonably tidy (I'm sure I've been guilty of untidiness, so I don't expect perfection from others) and is around the same age bracket. I'm past the age of late-late-night partying, and would hope you'd find the joy in quieter drinks as well.

The property is Band C under Croydon council, the cost of which has been factored into the rent amount.
