The house is walking distance from both Norwood Junction & Crystal Palace stations. It's a really quiet suburban area with a heavenly lake at the end of the road (and within walking distance to Crystal Palace Park).
BILLS
With the bills included the cost is roughly £820
including gas, electric, water, council tax & wi-fi :)
FURNITURE
The room comes partially furnished with a mattress, (green) shelves and a clothing rail.
You'll be living alongside a working actor/shop assistant and a poet/librarian with a passion for the arts. We both have regular time to spare for cooking, movie nights, nature walks, hanging out, socialising and keeping the house neat and clean (pls be clean!!) x
