This is a double room for a single female lodger. It is the largest bedroom in the house with two front facing windows. You would be sharing the house just with me. A previous lodger stayed for nearly five years. The room currently has a bed, sofa, cupboard, chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a bedside table. I can remove or add furniture as required.

My home is a mid-terrace Victorian house with three bedrooms (one used as a study), two reception rooms, a recently fitted kitchen, south-facing garden and one bathroom. It is close to transport links to central London, Surrey and Kent, including Norwood Junction station (Zone 4) with trains to London Bridge in 15 minutes, Farringdon in about 25 minutes, St Pancras in 30 minutes and Victoria in 30 minutes as well as stations on the East London line such as Whitechapel and Shoreditch. It is also possible to travel to the South Downs, Kent and the coast easily either by train or there is free parking outside.

South Norwood swimming pool and gym are at the end of the road, as well as a number of shops, coffee shops and South Norwood Country Park. The kitchen has a dishwasher, range cooker with two ovens and a grill, and fridge freezer. There is a tumble dryer for use in winter. and a clothes line outside for the summer. I provide broadband (around £40 per month), and council tax is also included. Water, gas and electricity are on a meter and normal usage is also included.
