Looking for friendly and quiet individuals to share this lovely house. We are all working people and respect other's privacy and space. So its not a crazy party house. But we are also friendly and enjoy a good chat! Everyone gets on here just great! There are two further bathrooms and we have a lovely garden and conservatory. The kitchen has everything you need (so don't bring anything!) and there is also a barbeque for the summer.
There is no smoking in the house, but conservatory and outside is ok.
Happy to have students on working placements, internships and professional working people.

Swimming pool, gym, athletics arena, shops and park all on doorstep.
Live in landlady (in an annex) who is quite often living out too, away working- very handy for tips about the area and also makes sure the place is always kept clean and tidy.

Transport is EXCELLENT. 10 mins walk to Norwood junction Station where you can be in London Bridge or Victoria with in 15 mins. Less than 5 mins on bus to East Croydon station, giving you access all over the country and only 15 mins to Gatwick Airport.
