I am currently moving out of this lovely house - it's 3 bedroom and option to be 4 bedroom as there is an attic space that has been used as a bedroom before, but could be used as an office or extra stoage room.

Or 5 min bus ride ( bus stop in front of house)
Less than 30min direct overground to Central London
less than 15min direct to London Bridge by overground.
30 min walk to East Dulwich or 15min by bus.
