Cozy Room on Sydenham Hill 🍃🌳

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a cozy room in our apartment on Sydenham Hill for 2 and a half months from July until the end of September. There is the possibility to extend although we’ve been here 3 years so we’vr been thinking of moving to try somewhere new!

The apartment is located on a sleepy street close to 2 well-manicured parks, which gives us our fix of greenery despite not having a garden of our own. This is a double room with a desk, chest of drawers and integrated storage not visible from the angle of the images. Any furniture can also be moved out to accommodate anything you’d like to bring!

We’re all creative graduates working in central London - 2 of us are musicians and one of us works in film. We each commute into work a few times a week, with commutes to Shoreditch taking around 45 mins door to door. We lead busy lifestyles and go out to music and art events often, but prefer keep our home quiet and chilled. We have preferences (see listing) but generally aren’t super fussy, just ask for an equally responsible and chilled out housemate! If that sounds like you, let’s set up a viewing :)
