We are two friendly girls in our twenties and thirties looking for a new flatmate to share our large split-level flat.

We live in a big, bright house near Brixton and Herne Hill, with a huge living room, rear garden and large summer house. Brockwell Park is 10 minutes' walk away and there are some great local pubs and cafes round the corner, whether you want live music or a quiet drink. The high street with supermarket and loads of other handy shops is a couple of minutes away, and it's really easy to get to central London - Tulse Hill station is 4 minutes' walk, taking you to Blackfriars, Farringdon and London Bridge in 15-20 minutes. There are also plenty of buses that stop at the end of the road taking you into Brixton and the city.

The room (large double) is available from 4th March and is £641 per month, inclusive of bills, council tax, cleaner and TV licence/WiFi.

The flat comes with two lovely flatmates - Liz, a web editor, and Leasha, an accountant. We're both friendly and like a chat, but have our own lives too - so don't live in each other's pockets. We're pretty chilled and it's a nice place to relax in after work. We like having friends over for drinks / meals / gatherings, but we're also looking for someone who appreciates a clean and tidy home (we're not militant clean freaks, but don't want to live in a tip either).

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, tidy and likes a quiet home to unwind in. We'd also prefer that you are looking to be part of the house rather than just a flatmate-come-hermit!
