Your room (which is the sunniest room in the flat!) comprises of a double bed and wardrobe.
The flat is just a 15 min bus ride to Plumstead Station. Its a 5 min walk to Thamesmead shopping centre. The shopping centre has Morrisons, Iceland, KFC, McDonald's, etc.
There is free parking on the main road.
I would ideally be looking for a professional (like myself) who can keep common places tidy & clean after use.
