Looking for a tidy, friendly young professional to join our relaxed shared house in Woolwich/Plumstead. You’ll be sharing with two guys (including myself, the live-in landlord). We’re a friendly house of 3 in total, looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean home.

The Room:
A fully furnished, bright double room equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk—perfect if you work from home.

The House & Surroundings:

The Location: A lovely terraced house fronting right onto a lake, with beautiful green spaces and the river just a 2-minute walk away.

Shared Spaces: Full access to a comfortable living/dining room and kitchen. We also have plans to revamp the garden space later this year!

Parking: Easy on-street parking located directly behind the house.

Transport & Amenities:

Commuting: A 15-minute walk to Woolwich town centre for the Elizabeth Line and DLR (get into central London in minutes). Alternatively, Plumstead station is a short walk away for Thameslink trains straight into London Bridge.

Local Shops: Super convenient location with a Tesco Express, pharmacy, and takeaways just around the corner, plus larger stores (Screwfix, McDonald's) nearby in Plumstead.
