I’m a professional engineer who works from home most of the time 💻, and I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going flatmate to share a calm, comfortable and well-maintained home.
⚠️ Please note: the room is available for single occupancy only. Unfortunately, I am not looking for couples.
🚭 I’m specifically looking for a non-smoker. This means someone who does not smoke at home or as part of their lifestyle in general.
🐱 I also have a British Shorthair cat. He’s incredibly calm, quiet and well-behaved, and most people barely notice he’s around. However, this room would be best suited to someone who is not allergic to cats.
The flat is kept very clean and tidy at all times ✨. There are no pet odours, no litter mess, and no “cat house” feeling — just a well-looked-after home with a friendly feline resident.
🌿 This is not a party house. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful lifestyle and enjoys having a relaxing place to come home to after work. Whether that’s watching Netflix 🍿, enjoying Sky TV 📺, cooking, reading or simply unwinding after a busy day.
✨ Ideally, you are:
• Clean, tidy and considerate
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Friendly, mature and easy to live with
• A non-smoker 🚭
• Working from the office most of the week, or only working from home occasionally
As I work remotely most days, I find this creates a healthier balance and helps ensure we both have plenty of space and privacy during the week 🤝.

• Please avoid strong-smelling cooking where possible 🍛🌶️
• Respect, cleanliness and consideration are important

The development has 24/7 concierge and post room, an opt-in residents gym 💪and a 1.8-acre four seasons park with a pond. en.

• Secure building with modern facilities ✨
• Parking space available if required 🚗 (£50 per month extra)
📅 Minimum stay is 3 months, with an initial expectation of around 6 months. However, if we get along well and enjoy living together, I’m very happy to extend beyond that. There is no fixed limit as long as the arrangement works well for both of us.
