The flat has a large living room, giving you plenty of space to relax, socialise or enjoy a quiet evening at home. The balcony offers beautiful river views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, while the bathroom has a full-size bathtub. The bedroom itself is spacious and comes furnished, as does the rest of the flat, so you can move in without having to worry about furnishing the place.

A little about me:
I’m a sociable and easy-going person who enjoys making the most of shared spaces while also respecting that everyone needs their own time and privacy.

I like to stay active, particularly through running and basketball, and I’m also a big fan of cooking, so you can expect the kitchen to get plenty of use! I enjoy travelling and usually take a couple of trips each year, so I’m often keen to hear about other people’s adventures and experiences too.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and clean, and who is happy to have a sociable home environment where we can occasionally share a meal or have a chat, while still having our own space.
