Rom in Honor Oak

Room Available (Female Preferred) Move-in available in August or September.

We’ve got one spacious double room available in our friendly 4-bedroom, two-storey house. There is a large shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, and a washing machine.

• 8-minute walk to Honor Oak Station (trains to London Bridge + Windrush line Overground)
• 4-minute walk to Crofton Park Station (trains to London Blackfriars, Peckham ~15–25 mins)
• Easy bus links to Greenwich (~30 mins)
• Quiet residential area with parks, cafés, pubs, and shops nearby
• Horniman Museum & Gardens ~25 mins away

About the House
We enjoy friendly chats but also value personal space, as we all have different schedules and routines. This is not a party house.

We have a very calm and friendly cat called Bombom 🐾.

The available room is unfurnished and includes a wardrobe. There is also plenty of additional storage throughout the house.

We’re ideally looking for someone who:
• Is not working from home (preferred)
• Values a peaceful, tidy, and friendly home environment
• Appreciates a calm atmosphere after 11pm and typically doesn’t start work before 7am
• Is respectful, easy-going, and proactive about keeping the home clean and cosy
• No couples, please.

Rent & Bills
Room: £650 month (deposit £588.44)
Bills: around £130/month (includes energy, water, high-speed internet, and council tax)
