We’ve got two spacious double rooms available in our friendly 4-bedroom, 2-floor house. There’s a big shared living room, one fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and a washing machine.
We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and tidy to join the house 😊

Location
The house is about an 8-minute walk from Honor Oak station, with trains to London Bridge and the Overground (Windrush line). There are also buses to Greenwich (around 30 mins), and Crofton Park station is nearby (4 min walk), with trains to London Blackfriars.
It’s a nice, quiet residential area with lots of parks around, plus local shops and restaurants. The Horniman Museum and Gardens is about 30 minutes away and great for walks.

About the House
It’s a calm, respectful home where everyone values their own space. We’re also pet-friendly, so pets are welcome 🐾

Rent & Bills
Room 1: £600/month (deposit £588.44)
This room only has a closet, but the current flatmate is offering a bed and mattress for a good price.
Room 2: £650/month (deposit £522)
This room is unfurnished, but the current flatmate is offering a wardrobe and chest of drawers for a good price.
Bills: around £130/month (includes energy, water, high-speed internet, and council tax)

References are handled through an agency, with a £50 fee for processing.
