We’ve got one spacious double rooms available in our friendly 4-bedroom, 2-floor house. There’s a big shared living room, one fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and a washing machine.
We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and tidy to join the house 😊

Location
The house is about an 8-minute walk from Honor Oak station, with trains to London Bridge and the Overground (Windrush line). There are also buses to Greenwich (around 30 mins), and Crofton Park station is nearby (4 min walk), with trains to London Blackfriars.
It’s a nice, quiet residential area with lots of parks around, plus local shops and restaurants. The Horniman Museum and Gardens is about 30 minutes away and great for walks.

About the House
It’s a calm, respectful home where everyone values their own space. We’re also pet-friendly, so pets are welcome 🐾

£650/month (deposit £522)
This room is unfurnished, but the current flatmate is willing to offer some furniture if needed.
Bills: around £130/month (includes energy, water, high-speed internet, and council tax)
