**I can be flexible about dates but CANNOT have anyone staying beyond 11/07 as all of the floors in the flat will be getting redone, thank you for understanding. **
This bright single room is available from 30 May!
It’s south facing and gets beautiful light in the mornings especially.
You’ll be living with me and my husband, but he works abroad so mostly it will just be 2 of us!
Price includes all bills (including Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner) unless utilities get too expensive in which case I’ll just ask you to pay for what you use
We have a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. The flat is on the first and second floors of the builidng.
Short/part time lets only - please do not enquire about longer as it is simply not possible.
We are just 5 mins from Loughborough junction station, and 10 mins walk from King’s Hospital!
I work hybrid office/from home 9-5 and will usually be out in the evenings.
