Two room options in a lovely 4-bed share, SE5

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 4-bed, 3-storey house in SE5, ideally moving in around the weekend of 1st August (although there’s some flexibility for late July / early August!).

THE HOUSE

It’s a spacious 3-storey house with loads of communal space, including:

• A big garden
• Large upstairs living room
• Balcony
• Plenty of space to hang out together without feeling on top of each other!

THE ROOMS

There are currently two options available:

£1,135 per month, including bills
A large en-suite bedroom with a Juliette balcony and loads of storage.

£1,050 per month, including bills
A smaller bedroom, but still lovely, light and airy.

Deposit: £900

THE HOUSEMATES

You’d be living with three genuinely lovely 27–28-year-olds who have been mates for years — two designers and one working in the charity sector.

It’s a friendly, relaxed house, and we’re looking for someone around a similar age and vibe who wants to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than just renting a room.

We all have our own lives going on, but enjoy hanging out together and are looking for someone friendly and sociable who’ll fit naturally into the house.
